Actually I was planning to tell about my trainings and diet for the next months, but I was not able to meet my trainer, cuz I've been totally sick for three days. All I've been doing is laying in the bed and sleeping, and trying to cure my angina. I'm just so unlucky, cuz I was just getting in the right rhythm of trainings and then suddenly this relapse. I've been able to eat only a little bit of yogurt and curd. And this have been a great agony. Finally today I eat a little bit soup too, cuz my throat ise getting a little bit better. But I don't like eating so little, cuz it's like crash diet, which is really bad for your form. So that's why I'm going to Saaremaa in Tuesday, where my parents can pamper my and I can get well. Anyway til Friday I was able to do my trainings and they have been going very well. I've been finally able to do all exercise with the same weights as I did before my operation and in squats even increase the weights. A big yay for that. In pole dance I've been exercising this move down below, called Iron X. All together I'm trying to stay positive eventhough I'm sick so I can get back to gym as soon as possible. Actually there is one great thing coming soon, a Bikini fitness seminar which is organized by our lovely Egle and I'm reaallly excited about it.
